This large coastal retreat is the perfect getaway with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.
It is just a stone's throw from Macmasters Beach and a short drive to Bouddi National Park.
Immerse yourself in the spacious, light filled open planning living area with a large entertainer's kitchen and all the modern appliances and features such as the 4 burner Gas cooktop, Barista Style coffee machine and dishwasher.
The large, covered balcony with pool table and large outdoor dining table, looks out over the private swimming pool and onto lush bushland, giving a very tranquil, holiday feel.
There are 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom on this level.
Downstairs there is a 4th bedroom with a Queen Bed and Double Bunk bed, full laundry facilities and bathroom, as well as a second living area with Smart TV and large sandstone patio that leads to the inground swimming pool - a perfect teenage retreat. The large, grassed area is the perfect spot for the kids to play.
This property has all the features of a modern home such as WIFI, Air Conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TV's, coffee machine and spa bath.
Macmasters Beach is a comfortable 90-minute drive north of Sydney CBD and is a pet-friendly beach. Kincumber shopping centre is nearby and has all your grocery shopping needs. Located near Bouddi National Park you can enjoy many Coastal Bush walking tracks. Further along the Killcare peninsula is Killcare Beach and Hardys Bay offering Homeware and gift shopping, local cafes and Hardys Bay Marina.
